Etching family under the name ZINCETCH is a pickling part of all pretreatment sequences in all kind of hot zinc dip systems. ZINCETCH products are compatible with all kinds of acids use to etching of worked steel base materials and extremely extend working life of hydrochloric acid. Generally, ZINCETCH products include surfactants, inhibitors and catalysts. Combination of these three groups is able to receive the etching process with “zero” lost weight.
