MAXIM MT is a matt, pure tin process ideally suited for low-speed deposition. It maintains consistent and reliable deposit properties under a wide range of operating parameters. Parts processed exhibit exceptional solderability. Since the electrolyte used in MAXIM MT is sulfuric acid rather than MSA, the process has a very low cost of ownership. With its robust operating process window, MAXIM MT is engineered to meet the increasing demand in the connector market for matt, pure tin plating as a substitute for Sn/Pb.
