The HOTAPASS CR-FREE passivation free of chrome is suitable for all types of hot dip galvanizing systems and for various applications.
HOTAPASS CR-FREE passivation can occur in technology with or without rinsing.
HOTAPASS CR-FREE passivations are a chemical surface treatment for zinc galvanized that deposits a chemically-anchored coating on zinced parts, consisting of polymer resins. The treatment increases corrosion resistance and paint adhesion to high quality standards.
