ENIEVER 15
ENIEVER 15 is high phosphorus electroless nickel technology. Sulfate-free and pH self-regulating, is available as a three-component process for either ammonia or ammonia-free operation. In addition, it may be used to plate a wide variety of substrates. ENIEVER 15 provides consistent deposit properties over an extended operating life processes maintain internal compressive stress through 20 metal turnovers, yielding the lowest cost of ownership of any high phosphorus EN processes on the market today.
The processes meet RoHS, WEEE and ELV standards and are completely free of cadmium and lead.
