BIGPASS SKYMAX trivalent chromium passivations are suitable for all electroplating systems and for various applications. BIGPASS SKYMAX passivations are used for the most demanding applications and corrosion resistance with uniform blue coatings already at concentrations from 10%. BIGPASS SKYMAX passivations are free of cobalt and fluoride ions.
BIGPASS SKYMAX are an economical passivations that lasts a long bath life and meets the requirements for exterior appearance, and supports and enhances corrosion resistance for best results, exceeding 480 h to WR (White Corrosion). Ideal for both, rack and barrel applications, BIGPASS SKYMAX passivations ensure uniform deep blue deposits, while meeting today's complex design requirements. Passivated layers meet the requirements of ELV, RoHS and WEEE.
BIGPASS SKYMAX , then SEATOPS seals and HOTOPS lacquers also optimize the corrosion protection.
