Trivalent chromium passivations ALUPASS NO-RINSE are suitable for all kinds of aluminum and has a variety of applications. A film of trivalent chromium is formed on the surface of the component; the treatment does not alter the characteristics of the metal and helps maintain its electrical resistance.
The difference is that ALUPASS NO-RINSE processes contain different types of polymers that do not require rinsing. Immediately after drying, the details can be subjected to, for example, powder coating.
