Zn-Ni passivation

ALLOPASS VIOLA passivation is suitable for alkaline and acid electrolytic zinc-nickel electrolyte systems. ALLOPASS VIOLA passivates are used for the most demanding applications and corrosion resistance with dark blue deposits already at concentrations from 10%. ALLOPASS VIOLA passivations can be free of cobalt and fluoride. ALLOPASS VIOLA passivation improves corrosion resistance, giving the best results, exceeding 264 h to WR (white corrosion) and offering easy handling and wide operating range. ALLOPASS VIOLA passivations, followed by SEATOPS seals and HOTOPS lacquers, further optimize the corrosion protection. Passivated coatings meet the requirements of ELV, RoHS and WEEE.
