Zn-Ni passivation

ALLOPASS NEUTRAL passivation is suitable for alkaline and acid electrolytic zinc-nickel systems. ALLOPASS NEUTRAL passivates are used for the most demanding applications and corrosion resistance with uniform neutral coating already at concentrations from 4%. ALLOPASS NEUTRAL passivations can be free of cobalt and fluoride. ALLOPASS NEUTRAL passivation improves corrosion resistance, giving the best results, exceeding 144 h to WR (white corrosion) and offering easy handling and wide operating range. ALLOPASS NEUTRAL passivations, followed by SEATOPS seals and HOTOPS lacquers, further optimize the corrosion protection. Passivated coatings meet the requirements of ELV, RoHS and WEEE.
