Zn-Ni passivation

ALLOPASS BLACK passivation is suitable for alkaline and acid electrolytic zinc-nickel electrolyte systems. ALLOPASS BLACK passivates are used for the most demanding applications and corrosion resistance with dark blue deposits already at concentrations from 12%. ALLOPASS BLACK passivations can be free of cobalt and fluoride. ALLOPASS BLACK passivation improves corrosion resistance, giving the best results, exceeding 288 h to WR (white corrosion) and offering easy handling and wide operating range. ALLOPASS BLACK passivations, followed by SEATOPS seals and HOTOPS lacquers, further optimize the corrosion protection. Passivated coatings meet the requirements of ELV, RoHS and WEEE.
