AGA HS is a high speed silver plating process MSA-based that produces fine grained silver deposits of 99.9
percent purity over a wide range of current densities. Featuring excellent bondability, solderability and corrosion
resistance, the process is specifically designed for use on semiconductor devices, IC lead frames and transistors.
AGA HS is designed to operate in manual and automatic selective spot-plating equipment, as well as selective
reel-to-reel equipment for connectors. The extremely stable process is easy to operate and delivers ductile, bright
deposits.
